    Did you ask these women if you could film them and criticize them? Helpful information or not, I would hate to have someone get a closeup of my ass or “pouch belly” as an example of looking “very unsexy” or compare me to bigfoot then post it on youtube for the whole world to see. Maybe take a good look at yourself before you go publicly humiliating anyone else asshole.

  19. These videos are a real eye opener I just never realized how so many women (and men) as well lack natural fluid movement in body and their walk. Now I am aware of it I see it just about everyday women and men who both have very stiff walks due to tension in the body. Something else I have picked up on as well is a lot of men and women tend to swing their arms way to much when walking but obviously this is due to them having barely any rotation in the body.

    Well I work out, I run, also do the elliptical machines. I’m wondering what do you mean by “switching on the muscles in your legs?” is there something in particular I need to do or NOT do to build up my calf muscles? Also my skinny forearms too. I think of bicep curls but I’m sure there’s more than that.

  24. I work with women who want this information, it is about informing them what men find attractive so they can correct their movement and feel better in themselves. This has nothing to do with plastic surgery or losing weight. I have the utmost respect for women and they ask for these videos to see in real life what to do…

  25. You can always work on toning up skinny legs by working out or dancing… You may also look at your feet to see if they are switching on the muscles in your legs and hips… I have worked with many women who have skinny calves due to their feet not working properly.
