i used to be bullied alot and didnt really get many friends until closer to 10th and 11th grade of highschool. I maybe dated twice [?] but i dunno im really shy and im the person that you wouldnt notice in your class. Im the person who never talks if im not with my group of friends.. The friends i have are uber outgoing and all guys. Everone says im cute and pretty… if its true, why am i usually ignored?

I’ve been shy all my life, and people see that as “weird”, thus finding something to b mean to me about because they don’t understand me. Very very cruel things have been said to me during grade school, not so much in college, and it has really affected my personality ;(

im actually very shy and you wont believe how much i hate it! i want to be flirty and talkative, but all through elementary and middle school, ppl made me feel very ugly . ppl say that i turned very pretty when i got a lil older and i cant believe those comments because i dont see how it could be true. when i talk to ppl i feel like im bothering them with my ugliness and annoyance, but ppl tell me its all just really in my head. it sux being shy because ur constantly ovr thinking about evrything
@ClaudiaTiella Ive been shy all my life but for me my shyness at first was geared to thinking people didn’t like me or that whenever I talked I would be judged. But if people judge you who cares they are only just bored with their own lives, the way I see it is to never insult someone for the way they act because as long as their happy then they have a good life. My suggestion is to get a job such as retail or anything with customer relations & it will improve your confidence, it worked for me

Well I think you should still try to talk to him. That actually happened to me too. I liked this guy that I was too nervous to talk to for 2 years. One day, I finally got up the courage to talk to him. Then, one of my friends asked me if I liked anyone and my crush was watching/listening. I got nervous because I noticed that, and said ‘No’. He looked at me when I said that, and after that walked off. Today we’re really close and he’s forgotten about it. So I think you shouldn’t worry so much.
