Don’t start on someone you don’t like, thats just bad advice, and kind of an ass move, go for it if you want to be known by them as the bitch or something along those terms. plus its cute wen a girl screws up wile flirting. Umm, a little subtlety might be in order. If she’s being flirty, why not be flirty back and have some fun? Flirting is a method of getting someone’s attention so that you can decide whether they’re enjoyable to be around. If you ask her straight out, “Are you flirting with me?” then you’ve put her on the spot and ruined the fun. Getting close to a man is a process, and the flirting stage is part of that process. Just roll with it.

@BlueChan100 What? Really? How is that wrong, I mean, if my girlfriend minds it, I wouldn’t do it. But we’ve agreed it’s okay to flirt with others, without intentions of going anywhere with it. Besides, eighty-one percent of women flirt when in a relationship and then say they don’t to their partner, I’m just glad I’m with someone who is honest, and I am too. I would think it’d only be wrong if A. my girlfriend disliked it, or B. I was flirting with a purpose of getting somewhere more.

@JimMorrisonAbrams Okay, since I’m a girl I may be able to explain. When a girl is looking for the right guy, and they think you may be attractive, they’ll flirt with you. But, they don’t ‘get down to it’ for two reasons.
1. girls would rather get to know you better.
2. we don’t want to ‘get down to it’ and end up knowing later we made a huge mistake in choosing the one we love.
‘Why do we beat around the bush?’ Well, when you really really like someone, we girls find it hard to admit.

I’m also curious, why flirt? Why not just get straight to it? If I notice a girl is flirting with me or something, half the time I end up being kind of rude, not intentionally, but it just bothers me that they flirt, but then if I address them like, hey are you flirting with me or something, they get offended. I’m sure sometimes they actually aren’t flirting I don’t mind, I just think why deny it? Why beat around the bush? What’s the point in flirting? I just find it manipulative and misleading.
I’m a guy, and in a relationship that’s lasted over, which is long for me being a teenager. My only other one was several years, grew up with her, but that’s the past.
